Food for our event will be catered by Mick’s Catering of Toronto.
Here is the planned hors d’œuvres menu.

- Smashed Avocado Miso Toast on Sourdough Bread with Furikake and Sesame (Vegan)
- Veggie Spring Rolls with Apricot-Soy Dipping Sauce
- Shiso-Wrapped Umeboshi Chicken Yakitori
- Marinated Flank Steak Tacos with Cabbage Slaw, Grilled Pineapple
- Mini Pork Banh Mi Crostini with Pickled Carrot & Daikon, Sriracha-Lime Mayo
- Ahi Tuna Wonton Tacos with Grilled Corn & Mango Salsa, Lime Crema
- Mini Salmon Negitake on Sushi Rice Bowls with Togarashi Aioli
There will also be water, soft drinks, tea, and coffee.
